Perstorp: Applications laboratory opened in Mumbai / India

Speciality chemicals producer Perstorp (Perstorp / Sweden; www.perstorp.com) has established an applications laboratory in Ghatkopar, Mumbai / India. The new facility will provide full support in application research and development to explore new formulations and developments in resin, paint, and coating applications.

“The market is not only growing in quantity but also in terms of needing more technologically advanced solutions that meet the increasing consumer demands,” said Lars Erlandsson, managing director of Perstorp Chemicals India. GDP growth in the country is currently 7% – 8% annually.
