Noventa: New plant in Thailand to serve global customers

To better serve its Asian customers, injection moulder Noventa (Diepoldsau / Switzerland; www.noventa.com) has opened a new production plant in Thailand, at an investment cost of CHF 6m (EUR 4.1m). The facility, located in Prachinburi province, will focus on injection moulding and machinery assembly, the group said.

Using Thailand as its base, Noventa aims to serve customers whose markets are located in Asia and South America. Initially, the facility will manufacture components for Bernina sewing machines and travel adaptors. In future, Noventa also plans to manufacture beverage dispensers for Nestlé.
