Kaneka files patent infringement lawsuit against SKC Kolon and its US affiliate

The lawsuit accuses South Korean SKC Kolon PI, INC., and its US affiliate SKC, Inc. of infringing five of Kaneka's US patents. The patents, 5,075,064, 6,264,866, 6,746,639, 7,018,704 and 7,691,961, relate to polyimide film.
