Evonik: Price Increase for Carbon Black Pigments and Pigment Preparations

The Inorganic Materials Business Unit of Evonik Industries is increasing prices for carbon black pigments and pigment preparations by 5% to 9% depending on product and region. The price increase will be effective as of October 1, 2010.

Evonik is one of the world´s largest producers of carbon black pigments (furnace carbon black, lamp black, thermal black and gas black).
