At K 2010 the new series of COMPACT STRETCH 1000 lines, by Torninova S.r.l., really impressed

It is official: at K 2010 the new series of COMPACT STRETCH 1000 lines, by Torninova S.r.l., really impressed all the plastic film manufacturers. Much more compact, much more productive, much more efficient.

As anticipated, Torninova would like to exploit the K2010, to introduce and confirm itself as one of the most reliable suppliers of hi-tech stretch film lines: and finally it managed to do so in an amazing and effective way. The limited edition “Compact Stretch” dressing a fascinating red-Ferrari colour for the occasion, proved that.
Few of the most important evidences can be listed:
- Technical novelties: the extra compact design and the attention for details of the Compact Stretch has been duly noted by all the visitors.
But the most important technical novelty presented, it has been the new and patented winder “QUICKGOLD4S” capable to rewind in the same single and compact unit, stretch film reel in manual, machine and jumbo size.
- Solid Partnership: to properly develop the “Compact Stretch” series, in a reliable way, Torninova exploited the synergy created both with the top polymer suppliers and with top film manufactures. That’s why the two worldwide leading companies, ExxonMobil and Thong Guan Industries, have been very happy to take part at the exhibition in the booth of Torninova. ExxonMobil supplied its special mLLDPE the “Enable” to produce a thin technical 12 micron film with incredible wrapping performance; Thong Guan shown and teach to all the interested visitors the behaviour and advantages of such film (he is producing and selling) for real wrapping conditions, where it will replace the pre-stretch film.
Exxon and Thong Guan had a very positive comments by seeing, personally, the “Compact Stretch” processing such “hard” formulation at speed over the 700 m/min, during the 9 hours per days of production that only Torninova dared to do. Thong Guan, placed during the exhibition an order for 2 Compact Stretch 2-meters to be delivered on the first half of 2011.
Free and Direct Comparison: in its full-free-access booth, Torninova offered the possibility to all the potential customers to inspect and personally check the technical quality of the plant in real production conditions. Torninova also encouraged the open comparison among the other similar machines presented in the same exhibition. The positive feedback that Torninova received , mainly from the most important film manufactures in the world, makes even much stronger the will to fully concentrate itself harder in the developing of top and customized plants for stretch film from 1 to 4 meters.

Many contacts and requests has been collected, during the show, that can be read as a further confirmation of the quality of the machine: the Compact Stretch convinced everybody because of its production performance, its integrated system and its attention for the important technical details.
The analogy with the Ferrari 430 Rossocorsa Racing (facing the Compact Stretch into the Torninova stand) has been really appropriate. Run Torninova, Run!
