The Shrink Wrapping Machine, Model: H-80/L, is a classical two roll system machine. The unique feature of this machine is the special “Kissing Conveyor Belt” that allows light and flexible products like terry towels, garments to travel over the sealing bar without deforming and catching in the machine.
The machine comprises of a variable speed infeed conveyor, pneumatically operated automatic sealing bar and an energy saving shrink tunnel.
This can be used in industries like textile, garments, apparels, book publishers, beverages, cosmetics, food etc.
The Shrink Wrapping Machine, Model: UTILITY is a total enclosure automatic bagging machine with side sealing system for Polyethylene or Polypropylene film.
Sizes are easily adjusted using calibrated hand wheels. The length of the product is automatically sensed by the machine. The machine uses a centre folded film reel. The film reel can be equipped with film perforator.
This machine is useful for wrapping a wide variety of products like food, textile, garments, disposables, cosmetics, beverages, etc.
It comprises of a variable speed belt conveyor, longitudinal sealer, trim waste collection system, side sealer, horizontal sealing bar and a shrink tunnel. The maximum weight of the product can be 10 kg / m long only, as the film is to carry the product.
