We produce a wide range of LINING / WADDING equipment for any kind of closure with a cap size diameter between 10 to 120mm. The output rate spans from 10.000 up to 60.000 caps per hour. The lining process can be performed either by cutting the seal out of a tape and inserting it into the cap or by pre-cut liner where the seals are already cut into the proper shape. Our machines can also put inside the closure two liners at the same time, the first by cutting and the second one by a pre- cut wad. We can cut the seals into any shape Tri-tab liner or pull tab liner. Whenever a pull-tab liner with the tab folded backward is required we can supply an extremely advanced punching unit supported by a CNC system which guarantees the perfect synchronization between the seal’s cutter and the tab’s cutter.

The change over procedure of all our equipment is very simple and quick, so you can produce multiple sizes with only one machine or piece of equipment.
