AGRIPAK boasts more than 50 years of experience in the designing, construction and installation of PP & HDPE hollow profile sheet ("CARTONPLAST") extrusion lines (both mono- & coex-extrusion).The "CARTONPLAST" sheet is obtained by extrusion via a T-die head equipped with interchangeable dies able to produce sheet from 2 up to 25mm thicknesses and width up to 3 meters.
Our technology offers the advantage of a quick die change in order to produce sheets with thickness, weight, and with ribs having different shapes (straight, sinusoidal, triangular and multi layer).
The sheet planarity and smoothness is obtained throught a fully automatic calibrating system that grants a constant & perfect quality of the boards, suitable for the industrial applications, packaging and building industries.

Our "PLASTIC SHEET" extrusion lines are designed to process film and solid sheet of PP, EPP,HDPE, PET,CPET,PETG,PC,PA, EVOH,SURLYN,PS,EPS,ABS, K.RESYN,STYRLUX,PMMA and PVC mono- & multi-layer.
The combination of Cast and Roll-stack technologies, allows us to cover production thicknesses ranging from 80 to 2000 microns using the same extrusion plant.
Our boards extrusion plants can reach up to 30mm thickness both mono- & multi-layer.

AGRIPAK presents its "PLASTICWOOD" lines ("CELUKA" & "FREE FOAM") for semi foamed PVC boards extrusion.
Our "PLASTICWOOD" lines allow the production of low density boards (0,5 - 0,7 gr/cm3) that can be used in substitution of natural wood, but having in addiction:
- insensibility to atmospheric agents
- fire resistance
- mass colouring
The high technology design of our "PLASTICWOOD" extrusion lines allow to produce boards thicknesses from 3 up to 30mm with "CELUKA" system and from 3 up to 25mm with "FREE FOAM" system.

AGRIPAK SPW1200R is the first fully automatic machine in the world specifically designed for the production of double wall folding boxes in "CARTONPLAST". With respect to traditional diecutting machine designed for cardboard converting or with special case-makers, the main feature of this machine is the perfect hot welding of the Hollow Profile Sheet flutes and the consequent cool die-cutting.
