Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Energy Management

Belgian Monitoring Systems (ex Barco) is a worldwide supplier of Manufacturing Execution Systems and Energy Management Systems dedicated for the plastics industry. Belgian Monitoring Systems has started its development in 1985 as a spin off of the textiles MES systems. The first system, BARCOCIM, was installed in 1986. Meanwhile, the name BARCOCIM changed into PlantMaster and today over 350 plastic processing companies are using it on a daily basis. Since 2009, We have started the development of an energy management system for the plastics industry. The first installations are due this year and many more are to come in the following years. EnergyMaster helps the customers to save energy and reduce their carbon footprint.
