Our manufacturing range comprises of the following Laboratory Plastic Rubber Processing Machines:

Co-Ex and Single layer Cast Film and Sheet Chill Roll Lines. With up to 7 layers and with roll widths from 150 to 500 mm in a vast combination of roll sets to cover all types of applications, including laminations. Suitable for our full range of extruders, both single and twin screw versions with the smallest single screw extruder of only 12.5 mm screw diameter to the largest 45 mm diameter versions.

Co-Ex and single layer film blowing lines. The co-ex lines have Pancake type dies and are available with many tower versions to enable production of films from the smallest lay flat widths of only 40 mm to maximum 550 mm. The lines can be equipped with manual as well as fully computerized controls.

Co-rotating Twin Screw Extruders in sizes 2, 16, 20 and 26 mm all with modular Clam Shell barrel, high power drives and with L/D ratios of up to 60.

Single screw extruders from the smallest 12.5 mm up to 45 mm screw diameters, all with L/D of 30. Suitable for the processing of all types of plastic polymers including engineering types such as fluoroplastics.

Two-Roll Mills, Manual and fully Automatic, from bench top to the largest size with a roll diameter of 200 mm. Also a range of laboratory rubber mills with high drive power.

Hydraulic Presses, Manual and fully Automatic. From bench top version to the largest version with 80 MT max pressure and platen size 400 x 400 mm. With computerized as well as manual controls. Also ASTM cooling press with computerized ramping system.

Filter test with gear pump built in full conformity to the DIN norm and with fully computerized controls with large on board PC and clear visualization of all test data and graphs.

Co-Ex and single layer Bottle Blow Molding attachment, Hydraulic and fully Automatic can be connected to our line of laboratory single screw extruders.

Pelletizers, strand types as well as die face cutting systems with under water cooling and dryers. Strand pelletizers available both for laboratory and production application.

Downstream Water Baths with strand suction and water circulating pump. Also available with heat exchanger for external chiller.

Sidecut Pelletizer for laboratory and production that can cut anything a sharp pair of scissors can cut from the softest TPE to the hardest engineering compounds.

High Speed Mixers, from Mini Bench Top to the largest 75 liter pilot plant high speed mixers with manual and computerized controls. Also 5 and 10 liter mixers with cooling mixers.

Automatic weight feeders suitable for our twin and single screw extruders. The loss-in-weight feeders for our twin extruders enable a precise control of formulations with pellets and all kind of additives, fillers, fibers etc. For co-ex lines we have a range of weighing hoppers with a central touch screen control that enables a very high layer of thickness precision.

Produced in our modern new factory with the highest quality standards. All machines comply with CE and other world safety standards.

In December 2007 we moved into our new factory on the outskirts of Bangkok. Our premises comprise 5,000 square meters of production area equipped with the latest state of the art machining facilities and engineering centers run by our large team of dedicated technicians and engineers. Our new site has enabled us to more than double our production capacity.
