ALUCOBOND® + DIBOND®

ALUCOBOND® has been developed as a rigid, yet flexible facade material for architectural use. ALUCOBOND® is extremely UV + weatherproof, impact-resistant and break-proof, vibration-damping, and ensures easy and fast installation. ALUCOBOND® is produced with various core thicknesses in a continuous lamination process.

DIBOND® is the original aluminium composite panel, comprising a UV resistant polyethylene core with two aluminum alloy surface layers. DIBOND® offers excellent physical characteristics, making it suitable for a wide range of interior and exterior applications, very high resistance to weathering and corrosion, excellent print substrate, lightweight yet very rigid, extremely flat surfaces, UV resistant black polyethylene core, fire resistant, wide range of processing capabilities

HYLITE®

HYLITE® is a composite panel with two aluminium alloy surface layers and a polypropylene core. HYLITE® is 65% lighter than conventional solid steel resp. 30% lighter than solid aluminium, providing the same flexural strength. Dimensional stability at temperatures of up to 150°C allows powder coating (with low temperature lacquer systems). HYLITE® provides similar properties as aluminium and can be processed equally using the same kind of machines. Furthermore the HYLITE® core can be used as a hinge (tested by RWTÜV).

FOREX®smart

FOREX®smart is the first lightweight foam sheet for long-term outdoor usage worldwide which has experienced a tremendous success over the past two years – now available not only in white but also in black in 5 mm. FOREX®smart stands out not only through an extremely beneficial weight-stability ratio but also through its bright white surface – resulting in first-class printing results and fresh colours with direct to substrate digital printing. Durst, which is one of the leading manufacturers of digital printing machines confirms that FOREX®smart achieves a remarkable result in the cross hatch test : 0 (according to EN ISO 2409). Used indoors or outdoors! Now all these advantages are not only offered for the well-known 10mm white panel, but also for the 5mm version. It is just perfect for system solutions and digital prints in the fields of event marketing, marketing campaigns and high-quality signage.

KAPA®

KAPA® is synonymous for a range of high quality lightweight foamboards developed to meet specific application needs precisely. With an extremely stable polyurethane foam core, KAPA® foamboards provide very high resistance to warping. Each KAPA® variant features different liner materials to provide different properties. The KAPA® range covers applications from modelmaking and photo mounting to ultra-high quality direct-to-substrate digital printing. KAPA® is a high performance foamboard with usable surfaces on both sides high quality cover sheet layers excellent level of stiffness and good dimensional stabilityperfect flatness - even with thin boards problem-free application of solvent based paints and glues. Right in time for the 40th existence of KAPA® the new production line was put into operation. For the first time KAPA® lightweight foam boards were produced in 2 metre width at the production site in Osnabrück. KAPA®line and KAPA®plast will be available in 2m width.

FOREX®

FOREX®classic is a lightweight rigid foam plastic sheet with a particularly fine and homogenous cell structure and high quality silky matt surfaces.

FOREX®print sheet material is specially designed to meet the requirements in the field of printing. The extremely lightweight sheet is outstanding due to its brilliant white, smooth, even surface which forms the basis for a perfect printing result, particularly for direct digital printing

FOREX®color rounds off the FOREX® product family with a selection of nine vibrant colour shades. As the colouring of the rigid foam sheet is uniform throughout, it offers optimum colour consistency and guarantees the same colour effect when viewed from different angles. FOREX®color can be applied wherever a bright colour effect is required for emphasizing the advertising message.

ALUCOBOND®, ALUCORE®, DIBOND®

ALUCORE® is an aluminium composite panel consisting of two cover sheets and a honeycomb core of aluminium. ALUCORE® is a composite material for a variety of applications in transport, architecture or industrial production, showing excellent product properties such as extraordinary flatness, large variety of colours and high formability.

DIBOND® combines two 0.3 mm aluminium surface layers with a polyethylene core and comes with a protective film on both sides. Front and reverse side are either stove lacquered, with white or coloured surfaces and with either matt or high-gloss surfaces, anodized or even textured. DIBOND® is used in either 2D or 3D applications and stands out through extremely flat surfaces, very high resistance to weathering and corrosion and high stability. DIBOND® is used for interior and exterior applications.
