These heavy duty roll slitters are designed to accurately slit logs of: film, protection tape, foil, PVC, graphite, rubber, foam, polyester, non wovens and textiles, DPC, cork, technical tapes, pressure sensitive tapes etc.

Fast set up time and precision slitting result in increased yield and efficiency. ALS have been market leaders in twin axis servo control since 1993.

Machine features include: Heavy duty construction, fast and accurate servo indexing, powered mandrel support, roll support, automatic loading/unloading systems, dust extraction, stainless steel guarding, fault diagnostics system with help pages for operators, network connection for remote diagnosis.

The operator friendly touchscreen control has 60,000 cutting programmes with 4 different cut widths per cycle.
