CeraCon - inventor of one of the top technologies of K2007*

The German mechanical engineering company CeraCon GmbH was founded in 2000 and has got its head office in Weikersheim/Baden-Württemberg. Actually CeraCon has got about 70 employees in three business areas working on two different locations. The main business of CeraCon is selling, designing and manufacturing of customer specific machinery for two different purposes: CeraCon is not only processing and applying seals directly to the part, it is also designing machines in horizontal and vertical design for curing and buffering parts. Upon the customer's request, CeraCon can process components as well as supply the complete machinery equipment. Furthermore CeraCon is offering the service of contract gasketing for small and large quantities.

The main branches of the three business areas are the automotive industry, the suppliers of the automotive industry, the electrical industry as well as the white goods industry and the corresponding OEMs. Meanwhile more than 50 % of the CeraCon customers are from abroad.

*S-FIT (Soft Foam Injection Moulding) from CeraCon was elected by the trade journal "K-News" to be one of the "top technologies" of the K-show 2007.
