Aquaflex blown film lines are world's highest output downward extrusion water quenched universal application film lines to produce various combinations of PP and PE grades tailored to customer's specific requirements. The lines are capable to process LD, LLD, HD, PP, Nylon and EVA. For narrow width bags a twin die-head downward extrusion blown film line is also offered to produce narrow width PP bags for grocery packaging application. These lines are quite energy efficient and give optimum production rate which makes investment to installed capacity ratio much favorable.
Application includes bread bags, garment bags, high clarity general packaging films, flower wraps, confectionery packaging, lamination film, blood bags and metallizable films. Two and three layer configurations are capable to produce low end substitutes of BOPP / CPP.
While mono and two layer lines are available with oscillating die, the three layer line is available with oscillating haul-off used in several medical packaging applications with right kind of multilayer film structures.

Foilex series of monolayer blown film lines are available with outputs ranging from 30 kg/hr to 650 kg/hr and lay-flat widths ranging from 50 mm to 5000 mm for processing polymers as diverse as LD, LLD, HM / HDPE, EVA and Nylon. Applications include PE general purpose films, HDPE pick-up bags, LD / LLD / HD lamination films, HD twist wrap films, stretch and cling films, shrink films, anti-rust films and paper like films.
Foilex blown film lines are also available in special configurations to process wide width HDPE film through high stalk bubble. Similarly these lines are also available with up to 4 color inline flexographic printing.
Foilex lines incorporate advanced features like-grooved feed section, barrier screw, gravimetric blending/dosing system, Liquid PIB dosing system, manual as well as automatic screen changer, oscillating die / platform / haul-off, internal bubble cooling, automatic bubble cage, online thickness monitoring and control, surface and center winders with tension control.

Multifoil series co-extrusion blown film lines are available in a wide range of configurations from two to seven layers to produce variety of films like lamination grade films , liquid packaging films, ultra high barrier films, high dart FFS resin sacks films, meat and cereal packaging films, oil packaging films, pharma and medical grade films, Pallet hooding shrink/stretch films, green house films, silage and mulch films, geomembrane and chemical / soap packaging films with output ranging from 120kg/hr to 1200 kg/hr and lay-flat width ranging from 600mm to 5000mm.
Multifoil lines are available with advanced automation features like integrated gsm control, gravimetric blending, contact/non-contact type IBC system with pneumatic/digital correction, automatic thickness control, integrated and fully automatic center-gap-surface winder. A range of system solutions can be configured to adapt to the ultimate processing needs.
Rajoo is the only Asian supplier of dedicated multilayer blown film lines for producing FFS film for use in resin sacks. As the film will have to match with the machine speed and will also have to pass through stringent handling conditions including prolonged exposure to sunlight calling for high puncture resistance, the extrusion of such film calls for quite sophisticated blown film lines. Lamina series sheet lines are designed for absolute ease of operation and are available in a host of configurations to suit individual customer's requirements with output ranging from 110 kg/hr to 700 kg/hr, width ranging from 540 mm to 1400 mm, in single to five layer configuration for processing various polymers like PS, PP, PE, PVC, PET and ABS. Lamina rPET sheet line is a star performer suitable to process PET bottle flakes in to thermoformable sheet. Most Lamina sheet lines are designed for thermoforming at its core and therefore accurate and centralized controls allow for production of excellent quality smooth sheets to ensure easy thermoformability of the sheet.
Lamina sheet lines incorporate advanced features like gravimetric blending / dosing, grooved / smooth feed barrier screw extruder, vented extruder, melt pump, continuous screen changer, independently driven polishing rolls stack, air knife, online thickness monitoring / controlling system, anti-static bath, sheet accumulator, in-line sheet cutter and dual turret winder based on end use. Rajoo has done pioneering developments in polymer foam extrusion in India and have emerged as the only supplier for foam extrusion lines christened Fomex using both blown film and sheet extrusion process using either chemical or physical foaming. With production capacity ranging from 80 kg/hr to 200 kg/hr and density range from 0.22 to 0.02 using different physical blowing agents.
The blown foamed films find applications in banners, wall-calendars and host of other stationery items whereas expanded PE sheets are extensively used for bottle cap liners and general packaging applications. Expanded PS sheets are used in disposable containers. Rajoo is proud to claim that more than 90% of cap liners and foamed banners in India are produced on Fomex lines.
