The company has modern machine metal workshop,equip with high technological and prеcise metal working machines with CNC control of Mazak and Deckel Maho and high technological multi-component casting machines of Unipre with electronical control,allowing us to cast, extrude and inject individual or whole series of items from polyurethane with weight from a few grams to dozen of kilograms, hardness ranging from 20 Shore A to 90 Shore A and sizes to 970 mm width and to 5000 mm length.The company have the unique for Balkans region licence for rotational casting of polyurethane holdings by Bayer technology.Materials which the company uses are high quality polyurethane of leaders in the branch-Bayer, Huntsman-Vantico,CIL, Rhein-Chemie,Bufa, Hyperlast and Baule, which combine high chemicals,abrasion and temperature resistance with elasticity and firmness.
