Vibration and Infrared+Vibration Welding Systems
The vibration range was conceived not only according to purely business principles, but having in mind the top priority for customers to get a cost-effective machine. Our philosophy has always been clear since the beginning: compared to our competitor’s prices, CEMAS welding machines offer improved technical features, i.e. our prices are remarkably lower when comparing the single machine features. Our seven models, and 16 versions, are able to meet the needs of any production, from smaller and more demanding parts, to bigger ones which require higher welding power.
A well defined target, rationality and logical thinking necessarily result in a clear-cut and accurate design. All components of our machines, even the optional ones have been carefully designed for harmonization with the whole assembly for easy and smooth integration and to prevent “last-minute design acrobatics". Our philosophy certainly involves longer preliminary studies, however final ergonomics is definitely highly satisfactory to our customers. This is a common feature to all CEMAS vibration application and can be immediately inferred at first sight or physically perceived in our everyday work
Compact But Complete
CEMAS machines are the most compact machines available on the market, keeping engineering and vibration features unchanged, thus favouring ergonomics. Also, the option for having both control panel and hydraulic unit installed on the left side of machine allows to fit it very easily in any production line.
Ergonomic Loading Station
Special care was devoted to the manual loading steps of the process, both for small and large machines: to minimize effort on the backbone, the loading/unloading area was kept as close as possible to operator. There are no machines of the same class available on the market where this distance is so small.
The use of the latest-generation electronic components has resulted in a remarkably smaller control panel, and in positioning the hydraulic unit below the control panel for the 240 Hz machines. This change has totally cleared an inner compartment and has made tooling maintenance and set up operations easier.
For larger machines, maintenance was made easier by moving the hydraulic unit, as a separate assembly, outside the cabinet to any external suitable location.
The 240 Hz machines can be moved using a fork lift or a bridge crane and do not require disconnection of any line. The 100Hz machines can be moved using a fork lift or a bridge crane without dismantling the sound-proof booth.
Made In Italy
As all our machines, also vibration machines are fully manufactured in Italy, not in low cost countries, which makes the difference. A flawless finishing and a clear-cut design in two colours are distinctive features of our range.
However, our colour range can be customized. With but a small delay in delivery times for logistics reasons, booths can be provided in any RAL colour, while the internal frame and the press are standard.
As we have already said, no other machine on the market is so “user friendly”. Even though the full range of parameters used and cycles possible are typical of a sophisticated machine, we have made a big effort in designing our video graphic to simplify any operation. Actually, there would be no need for operator’s training. All our customers will agree on this.
Since the very beginning, all our vibration range was conceived to get tool change from the back of the machine, as maintenance door opening size always exceeds the width of the lifting table.
If this is a standard practice in your plant, suitable roller beds are available as an option to make rear extraction easier.
