Thanks to the production of its own regranulate, Newborn Plastic has the opportunity to check the quality of the regranulate during the production of films and bags. Newborn Plastic also provides granulation and grinding services for plastics and deals with the purchase of any amount of plastic waste, regrinds and lumps.

Therefore, we offer our clients a wide range of highly modified plastics, produced in the compounding process. The scope of modification of the offered materials includes the production of materials with the use of talc, chalk fillers, wood flour and glass fiber. We also offer the production of materials with antistatic, flame retardant and biodegradable properties, using antistatic agents, plasticizers, lubricants and stabilizers in the production process. Newborn Plastic offers cooperation with the client in the field of modification of both original polymers and granules. We modify plastics according to ready-made recipes provided by the customer or we develop them on our own in accordance with the order.
The Newborn Plastic plant is equipped with a mixer that allows you to create the highest quality products. Thanks to the technology used, we can homogenize the product as much as possible in terms of the physicochemical properties of regranulate, i.e. the level of moisture, filtration, and color uniformity.
