epsotech Consolidates for Greater Efficiency and Sustainability

Böblingen, August 18th, 2025 The epsotech Group is moving forward with its reorganization plans in Germany and across Europe. The aim is simple: streamline operations, use resources more efficiently, and secure long-term competitiveness. Closing the epsotech Germany site will not affect SKENDER GmbH or its production facilities in the UK, France, Italy, and Austria.

The closure is expected to have only a minor impact on epsotech product sales in Germany. Production at the site will continue until the end of September. The Jülich site is not part of SKENDER GmbH, which operates independently and has no connection to epsotech Holding GmbH or epsotech Germany GmbH.

No Impact on SKENDER GmbH or Other Group Sites

Since July 1, 2025, SKENDER GmbH has been operating largely independently with its European production sites – epsotech UK, epsotech France, Axipack, epsotech Italy, and epsotech Austria – separate from epsotech Germany. The reorganization under the motto “Just you and your sheets” will strengthen these sites, improve efficiency, and secure the group’s future.

Axipack Site to Continue Parts of PO Business

Parts of the polyolefin (PO) product line previously produced at the epsotech Germany site will now be efficiently managed by the Axipack site. This clear division of responsibilities between sites fosters synergies, improves process efficiency, and guarantees a reliable supply of customized products to customers.
