Ein weiteres JV gründen Saudi International Petrochemical Company (Sipchem, Al Jubail / Saudi-Arabien; www.sipchem.com) und Hanwha Chemical Corporation (Seoul / Südkorea; http://hcc.hanwha.co.kr) in Jubail. Für 60 Mio USD baut die Wire & Cable Polymers Compounding Company bis Q2 2013 eine Produktion für spezielle Kabel-Compounds.

Die Basiswerkstoffe bezieht die Gesellschaft vom 75:25 Sipchem/Hanwha-JV International Polymers Company, das ebenfalls in Q2 2013 eine Linie für PE-LD / EVA in Betrieb nehmen will.
